About the application
Please read all information carefully and follow all instructions when filling out and submitting the application. Do not leave any area blank or assume we already have your information. The Vendor Committee limits the overall number and type of vendors for each event. Therefore, applications will be considered based on previous experience, menu items, and professionalism. We strongly encourage potential vendors to submit completed applications as soon as possible as spaces will fill up quickly – we are only accepting 8 Food Trucks & Trailers for this event. We look forward to reviewing your application!

LOCATION: Suwanee Town Center DATES: April 18-19, 2025 HOURS: Friday, 5pm-10pm & Saturday, 2pm-10pm VENDOR FEES: Food truck/trailer fees are $590 plus a $20 application fee for the whole weekend. A mandatory cleaning deposit of $250 is fully refundable at the end of the event, provided your booth space is left clean.

2) Application will be reviewed by team.
3) You will receive an approval or regrets email to the address provided in your application by (TBD).
4) You will be sent the 2025 Vendor Handbook and guidelines for vending, as well as load in information.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1) INSURANCE: All vendors MUST have insurance - though you do not have to provide proof of insurance until after being accepted. If you do not carry insurance you can purchase a policy through our group rate. All provided COIs must have a minimum limit of $2 million aggregate, and ****list the following 2 additional insureds**** (you will need to request that your insurance provider issue a specific COI for our event, do not simply send us your insurance details):

b) Atlanta International Night Market, Inc - 1568 Indian Trail Rd. #106, Norcross, GA 30093
2.) HEALTH & FOOD SAFETY: Each vendor MUST follow the Department of Health and Safety Guidelines for temporary food service. Failure to follow these guidelines will lead to forfeiture of participation in the Atlanta International Night Market, without refund.
3) BOOTH RENTAL: Food trucks/trailers must be self contained and not plug into park power.
4) VENDOR TRAINING: Each vendor must attend ONE in-person or Zoom training to learn about and adhere to AINM's vendor expectations. Dates: TBD 5) APPROVAL PROCESS: Acceptance will be based on event experience, food items, and availability.
6) BOOTH PLACEMENT: Vendor preferences will be taken into consideration, but the final decision for placement is by the Event Planning Committee.
7) LOAD-IN: Detailed instructions for Load-In will be provided in the Vendor Handbook.
8) WEATHER: The event is rain-or-shine. It is the responsibility of each vendor to bring weather-proofing gear and supplies as needed, such as tarps. The event may shut down temporarily in the event of severe and dangerous weather conditions, such as hurricanes or tornados, etc, and will re-open when conditions are deemed safe again.
9) CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: There will be no refunds. Please ensure your availability and staff prior to committing.
10) LIABILITY: All vendors are required to sign and submit a Hold Harmless waiver (see below) for AINM.

| FOOD TRUCKS: 2 DAY - Space | $610.00 | Non-refundable | Food trucks/trailers must be enclosed and have own power source - there will not be electrical hookups for food trucks or trailers. Water is availabe. Includes a $20 application processing fee. |
| Cleaning fees | $250.00 | All food vendors must pay an upfront, fully-refundable cleaning fee. It will be refunded after the last day of the event, provided the vendor booth space is left clean. Vendors should bring mats, ground tarps, brooms, and cleaning supplies to ensure the return of the cleaning fee post-event. |
