Thank you for your interest in being a community partner at Main Street Festival. A limited amount of Community Partner booths are available for local nonprofit or community-based organizations (ie, Boy Scouts, Historical Societies, Veteran Groups, Clubs, Habitat for Humanity, Foster Care Organizations, etc).

The annual Main Street Festival, organized by the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN, draws over 120,000 visitors each year. Nestled in the heart of historic downtown Franklin, this beloved tradition offers a diverse array of arts and crafts vendors, outstanding entertainment, delectable food and drinks, and family-friendly fun. As we prepare for another unforgettable event, we are actively seeking passionate and talented individuals to contribute their unique offerings and become an integral part of this cherished occasion. Terms & Conditions

If you are a non profit 501(c)3 or community based organization interested in having a booth space at the festivals without having to commit to being a sponsor, you can apply to be considered for a community partner booth. Due to the number of applications, if accepted to participate in one of our festivals, your business/organization may not be considered for other festivals during the calendar year.

 

We actively select community partners that reflect the values of the Heritage Foundations mission that carry on our community traditions and cultural heritage through advocacy, education, preservation and community engagement.

 

After you complete the application, we will send out official invites by the notification date.

Main Street Festival - April 26-27, 2025 

Community Partner Application Deadline - February 28, 2025

Community Partner Notification Date - March 7, 2025 

 

The Heritage Foundation is a non-partisan, community and preservation driven organization, and as such, no political affiliations will be allowed to participate in this event. The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the participation or to cancel the participation of a participant not in keeping with the mission and standards for programming of the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County and/or which are obscene, vulgar or degrading toward individuals based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or national origin.
