About the event
Terms & Conditions
Non-Profit Vendors may sell items (raffle tickets, etc.) to raise monies for their organizations; items must be pre-approved by the LagoFest Committee. To obtain pre-approval, email susan.price@lagovistatexas.gov.
Only non-profit organizations will be eligible for acceptance. Additionally, several non-profit organizations have been granted grandfathered status, provided they continue to continuously participate in each year's event.
Non-profit vendors MAY NOT sell or give away any type of beverage. In addition, vendors cannot sell merchandise that competes with LagoFest merchandise, specifically t-shirts.
Vendors must be open to the public from 1-6 pm on Saturday, April 26, 2025 CST. The Festival will be held rain or shine
The booth space is on grass and electricity is not provided. For safety reasons, all tents are required to have at least 40 pounds of weight attached to each leg of tent and will be inspected by City of Lago Vista Fire Inspector. Booth spaces are 10' x 10'. Vendors must stay inside their 10’ x 10’ space. Vendors must have tents as this is an outdoor festival. We prefer there to be no pets in the booth area, except for service animals, unless your non-profit is a pet adoption organization.
- Limit of 4 non-profit booths available. (first come, first serve)
All sales, taxes, etc. are to be handled by the vendors. No commission is taken at this festival.
The artist will be solely responsible for any injuries to any person and all damages to or loss of property which results or arises out of the artist's use of the facilities or grounds and agrees to hold harmless the City of Lago Vista, and Lago Vista Property Owners Association (hereinafter "Lago Fest"). This includes any costs, liability or expenses arising out of claims by any person or entity due to the use or misuse of the facilities by the vendor. Lago Fest is not liable for loss or damage to the artist's property. Please review all the instructions in the Artist Event Information. By submitting a LAGO FEST Non-Profit application, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations as outlines in the Lago Fest artist event information. Applications that are incomplete or do not adhere to booth display rules and regulations will not be accepted. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
