Terms and Conditions for Witches & Wine Festival at Wildside Winery
Welcome to the Witches & Wine Festival at Wildside Winery! We’re thrilled to have you join us for this magical event. Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
1. Event Hours:
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
2. Setup and Breakdown:
Vendors are required to set up during the designated setup times before the event begins.
Early breakdowns are not permitted. All vendors must remain open and operational until the event closes each day.
3. Liability:
Wildside Winery is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property. Vendors are responsible for securing their own items and ensuring the safety of their merchandise.
4. Space Allocation:
Vendor spaces are designated by Wildside Winery. Upon arrival, vendors can choose the space they like best from those available.
5. Subletting:
Vendors cannot sublet any portion of their space without prior permission from the event organizers. All vendors must personally occupy and operate their assigned space.
6. Conduct:
Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
7. Compliance:
Vendors must comply with all local regulations and obtain any necessary permits. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their products and operations meet legal requirements.
8. Equipment and Supplies:
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, display materials, and additional supplies. Ensure your setup is tidy and does not obstruct walkways or affect neighboring vendors.
9. Waste Management:
Vendors must clean their space and dispose of any waste generated during the event properly.
10. Changes and Cancellations:
Any changes to vendor arrangements must be communicated to the event organizers promptly. Cancellations must be made in advance, and fees paid are non-refundable.
11. Health and Safety:
Vendors must adhere to all health and safety guidelines set forth by local authorities and event organizers.
