About the application
- This application is for Artists, Makers & Vendors.
- Fee's are for a 3 day booth space rental.
- Booth spaces are on the grass.
- Attendance in 2024 was 2100.
- Vendor set up is Thursday August 21 (Friday, August 22 by pre-approval only.)
- All 4 walls on your pop-up must be secure over night and be anchored with sandbags or weights. This is required.
- Overnight Security 7pm-7am Thursday, 11pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights.
- Vendor agrees to keep their booth open until 8:30pm or later on Friday and Saturday and 6:00pm on Sunday.
- Vehicles are NOT allowed at vendor booth, (per venue policy)
- You must drive in on the dirt, unload and move vehicle to vendor parking lot. NO vehicles on grass.
- Booth fees will be collected at the time application is approved. *no spaces will be held without payment.
- All Vendors must submit a Certificate of Liability with Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival and Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians, Tuolumne Economic Development Authority, Inc., including subdivisions therof, and Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Housing Authority, Inc. listed as Additionally Insured.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival & Mountain Meadow Production Co. herein referred to as management and You and Your Company, herein referred to as Vendor.
- Vendor is required to obtain all required license(s), permits(s), and to collect and report all sales tax generated at the show as required by local, state, and/or federal governmental agencies.
- Vendor must abide by the published schedule of show hours, move-in and move-out times and may not terminate his/her exhibit early.
- Vendor must occupy his/her booth at least one hour prior to the opening of the show; otherwise, management may relocate or cancel Vendor’s booth without further notice and with no refund or exchange.
- Management assumes no responsibility and liability for any merchandise left within the event grounds.
- It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to leave the rented space in its original condition, otherwise, Management will charge a trash removal/damage/grass repair fee of at least $200.00.
- Vendor must have liability insurance and be responsible for his/her own action and/or liability resulting from the operation of his/her exhibit. Vendor is liable for all liability inside as well as six feet away from his/her booth.
- Vendor must abide by all city, county, state and Federal laws.
- Management prohibits all illegal activities; participating in such activities will be grounds for immediate cancellation of services without refund.
- Exhibitor agrees to hold Management harmless from all liability including, but not limited to any bodily, illegal activity, property damage, and all other liabilities arising from the operation of the exhibit or products sold during the show.
- Management offers no guarantee on attendance or Vendor’s performance.
- Subletting of booth space is not permitted without Management’s written consent otherwise Vendor’s right to exhibit will be forfeited without refund.
- Management reserves the right to alter floor plan and/or to re-assign exhibit space if deemed necessary for the commonwealth of the show. If Vendor accepts a reassigned space for any reason, the fulfillment of this contract is deemed completed with no other recourse possible.
- Management has the right to rent space to firms, companies, individuals, and organizations engaged in similar or competitive business to Exhibitor.
- Management will not offer exclusive rights to any Vendor; unless in writing on contract.
- Management reserves the right to refuse business to anyone or organization.
- Due to nature of trade show business, Vendor assumes full obligation of this contract including the full balance due once contract is signed.
- No refund, or exchange is allowed.
- Vendor may not distribute advertising materials without written permission from Promoter.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival, its officers and agents, Mountain Meadow Production Co., its officers and agents, and Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians, Tuolumne Economic Development Authority, Inc., including subdivisions therof, and Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Housing Authority, Inc., its officers and agents from and against, any and all claims, property damage, to the Vendor or any third party that may arise out of or is in any way related to this agreement or the participation by the Vendor in the 5th Annual Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival.
