Wildside Winery Apple Fest Vendor Terms & Conditions
Setup and Teardown:

Vendors must set up their booths on Saturday morning before the event begins and have them ready by the event's start time.
Booths must remain operational during the entire event and can only be dismantled after the event concludes each day.
Equipment and Supplies:

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and any other equipment required for their booth.
Wildside Winery does not supply or rent out equipment.
Liability:

Wildside Winery is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs during the event. Vendors are responsible for securing their belongings and ensuring the safety of their booth.
Vendors must carry their own insurance to cover potential risks.
Fees and Refunds:

Application fees are non-refundable.
Booth fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event, regardless of cancellation or unforeseen circumstances.
Compliance and Behavior:

Vendors are required to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
Any vendor displaying inappropriate behavior or failing to comply with event guidelines may be asked to leave, with no refund issued.
Further Instructions:

Detailed instructions regarding setup times, parking, and logistics will be emailed to vendors during the week of the event.
Promotion:

Wildside Winery does not solicit vendors through social media comments. Any such activity should be reported as a scam and disregarded.
By participating in the Wildside Winery Apple Fest, vendors agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of booth space without refund.
