Wildside Winery Blackberry Harvest Festival Vendor Terms & Conditions
Setup:
Vendor setup will take place on Saturday morning before the event begins.
Vendors must ensure their booths are fully set up and operational by the event's start time.
Provided Equipment:
Wildside Winery does not provide any equipment, tables, chairs, tents, or other materials. Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary items for their booth.
Liability:
Wildside Winery is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property or merchandise during the event. Vendors are responsible for securing their belongings at all times.
Refunds:
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Booth fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event, regardless of cancellation or other circumstances.
Further Instructions:
Additional details, including setup times and event logistics, will be emailed to vendors during the week of the event.
By participating in the Wildside Winery Blackberry Harvest Festival, vendors agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of booth space without refund.
