By filling out this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Application Period:
- You will only be contacted regarding your application for the specific month you are applying for (e.g., May).
- If you are interested in participating in other months, please submit a separate application for each month.
- Acceptance Policy:
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Makers Market.
- All applications will be reviewed, and selected participants will be notified within the specified timeframe.
- Payment Information:
- You will be required to provide card information as part of the application process.
- Your card will not be charged unless your application is accepted.
- If accepted, the payment will be processed based on the terms outlined in the acceptance notification.
- Additional Applications:
- If you wish to participate in Makers Markets for other months, you must submit a separate application for each desired month.
