"Meet Me on Main" marks an exciting rebranding of the beloved Makers Market in Downtown Martinez. This year will mark the second Annual Meet me on Main the third Saturday in June.

 

We invite makers, local small businesses, organizations, vintage enthusiasts, antique collectors, artists, and pre-packaged food purveyors to be part of this vibrant experience. It's important to note that, at present, the event does not accommodate MLM vendors, ensuring a diverse and authentic showcase of the local creative and entrepreneurial spirit. Join us as we transform the heart of Martinez into a hub for community, creativity, and commerce at Meet Me on Main!


This is a juried event. Once your application is approved, you will be emailed an acceptance email and your card on file will be charged to secure your space.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Terms & Conditions

 

• You are required to provide a professional booth setup including canopy, tables, etc. Downtown can get windy as we are located near the Marina. You will need to bring appropriate materials to secure, weigh down your canopy to prevent from blowing away. Vendors who do not bring professional booth setup may be asked to leave and/or not return to future events.

• Term of use is from 8am to 5pm event time is 10am-3pm on event date(s) per application and payment received.

• Vendor shall pay the full sum for each event prior to the event date(s)

• Vendor shall provide Event with a valid CA Seller Permit number

• Vendor agrees to specify on Vendor application the type of articles or merchandise to be sold as well as submit product and booth images in application.

• Sale of alcohol is not permitted. There will be no food vendors accepted however, pre-packaged food is allowed but must be noted on application.
• No vehicles allowed on the street after 9:30am. Vendors who do not report to their space prior to 9:30am will be denied access, and will have to cart their booth setup and product in. Late arrivals and No-Shows will not be invited to participate in future shows and no refund will be issued.

• Vendors may not pack early or remove their booths prior to 3:00pm. Vendors packing up or leaving prior to 3:00pm will not be invited to participate in future shows.

• Vendor agrees to keep Vendor assigned space in good condition, free of obstructions and/or other hazardous conditions.

• Event staff reserves the right to enter Vendor’s space to inspect and to require Vendor to make changes necessary to bring the space into compliance with this agreement.

• Vendor shall display merchandise only within the reserved space provided. Display or storage of merchandise beyond the reserved space is prohibited. Such merchandise may be removed by the Event staff.

• Vendor shall not block fire lanes or sidewalks adjacent to reserved space and shall comply with all City, County, and State policies and regulations.

• Vendor shall vacate space no later than 4:00pm and shall leave space in good repair and sanitary condition. Vendor is responsible for removing all empty boxes, containers, and other debris.

• Event shall not be responsible for providing utilities, such as electricity, water, or telephone services.

 

Vendor herby waives all claims against Event, Downtown Martinez & Co., City of Martinez, event sponsors, and volunteers. Vendor further agrees to hold Main Street Martinez, City of Martinez, Event sponsors, and Volunteers harmless from and defend against any and all claims or liability for any injury or damage to any person or property occurring in or about the vendor reserved space or any part thereof, or arising out of the Vendor’s acts or omissions, excepting any damage or injury resulting from the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Downtown Martinez & Co. or its agents.

Vendor (General) $175.00 Non-refundable Makers, Arts & Craft, Vintage/Antiques, Apparel.
Corner Space Upgrade $40.00 Non-refundable Request of corner space location. One per vendor with additional $40 fee. This is a request, not all requests are guaranteed.
Commercial Booth Space $350.00 Non-refundable Commercial business fee for non craft, maker or pre-packaged businesses.
Downtown Martinez & Co Membership Booth $0.00 Non-refundable For 2025 Downtown Martinez & Co. Members only.
Pre Packaged Food Vendor $235.00 Non-refundable Pre-Packaged Food Vendor Application Fee (includes health permit fee).
Pink Friday Credit $95.00 Non-refundable Please select this option if you are a vendor using Pink Friday event cancelation credit.
