About the application

Be a vendor at our ONE AND ONLY planned general toy / collectibles show in the Jacksonville area for 2025.  This SHOW IS NOW 2 DAYS.   This is a NEW LOCATION, the space has 90+ 8ft tables.  You would have 4-5ft behind you depending the space you select for for shelving, etc.  

 

Included: 1 Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Wristbands, Vendor Parking.

 

 Load-in / Setup: Done the day of the show starting at 6:30am. Show opens at 9am each day.  Closes each day at 4pm.

 

Tear-down / Pack-up: You can begin pack-up / tear down 30 min prior to closing if you choose to do so.  We sell tickets at the door until 3:30pm for this event. If you choose to tear down earlier then 3:30pm you will not be considered for a future Florida Toy Shows event.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds:  You can cancel and get a refund more then 14 days out from the show.  Within 14 days no refunds are given. (Some special circumstances do apply where we give discounts or credits so please ask prior to cancelling if this comes up) You need to arrive 30 min prior to the opening of the show otherwise your table may be forfeited as a cancellation.

Large End Cap Space (12x10 - 2 Days) SOLD OUT Non-refundable This space includes 2 corner tables+a center center aisle table (all 8fts). Total space is 14 (wide) by 10ft (deep)
Single Wall Table (2 days) SOLD OUT Non-refundable This is a table space with a wall behind you. All wall tables are 8ft. No other vendors will be directly behind you.
Corner Table (End of Aisle - 2 Days) SOLD OUT Non-refundable This table is at the end of an aisle. You would have some side room for a 4 or 6ft table or similar.
Single Aisle Table (2 Days) SOLD OUT Non-refundable This is an aisle basic table. You will most likely have another vendor behind you on the other side of the aisle.
Artist Aisle Table Space (2 Days) SOLD OUT Non-refundable
