About the application
The International Festival welcomes artisans of all nationalities and backgrounds. This application is for food vendors only. If applying to become a food vendor for this festival, please ensure the following:
- Food vendors must meet local health and safety guidelines (e.g., food handling, permits)
- Vendors should ideally represent diverse international cultures or offer foods that fit with the festival’s celebration of global traditions.
- Preference for vendors offering authentic, culturally specific food.
- Vendors have the ability to meet the volume of attendees, including staffing and product quantity- estimating 2,000-3,000 patrons.
- Vendors possess adequate equipment, supplies, and personnel to manage large crowds.
- Willingness to set up and break down on time.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Food Vendors for this event must be prepared to setup their display and remove it within the timeframes suggested by the International Festival. This time is usually limited to one hour for setup and one hour for cleanup. This will be determined by event organizers and communicated prior to the event.
All other criteria as listed must be met in order to be considered for this festival.

| Food Vendor/ Downtown Business | SOLD OUT | Non-refundable | All submissions for downtown food vendors must own a business in the downtown Central Business District. Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. All tables, chairs, generators and vending supplies must be provided by the vendor. Food vendors must fit within a 10x10 space or have specified the type of truck or trailer that is accompanying the vendor. |
