About the application

We are seeking makers, art & craft and commercial vendors for the Bay Area Craft Beer Festival: Boots & Brews! There is limited space to be an exclusive vendor at the event with up to 15 vendor spaces to put your product in front of 2,500+ attendees.

We are seeking and giving first priority to vendors with country and or beer/wine related merchandise and commercial vendors. All vendors will be considered.

The Bay Area Craft Beer Festival returns to the beautiful Martinez Waterfront on April 26th, and this year, we're taking it to the next level with our new country-themed celebration: Boots & Brews! Join us for a day filled with craft beer, wine (new), and live music as you immerse yourself in the vibrant flavors of the Bay Area. With over 40 local breweries and wineries showcasing their finest creations, you'll have the chance to sample unique brews, seasonal releases, homebrews, and experimental flavors that highlight the creativity of our region's craft scene. But it doesn't stop there! Satisfy your appetite with a mouthwatering selection of food from local vendors and food trucks, featuring everything from savory bites to sweet treats—there's something for every palate to enhance your festival experience. Whether you're a seasoned beer connoisseur or simply looking for a fun day out, Boots & Brews has something for everyone. Terms & Conditions

Bay Area Craft Beer Festival Vendor Rules and Regulations:

• Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, and chairs

• No pets/animals allowed.

• This is a 21 years and older event. Nobody under 21 allowed including vendors.

• All tents and booth structures must abide by safety measures to insure the booth is adequately secured in case of bad weather or strong winds.

• Vendors must list their Valid California Resale Certificate number on the application.

• No electricity or water available.

• Only the space is provided. Vendors must provide any equipment they need including tents, tables, decorations and advertising materials for their business or organization.

• Parking provisions, set-up information and any show details will be emailed to you upon acceptance one week prior to the event date.

• All booths are required to be open during specified hours. Exhibitors will be responsible for all booth structures, set-up, and furnishings, i.e. tables, chairs, signage, etc. Participants will be asked to leave without refund if not in compliance with Festival rules. No exclusive rights for sale of any item will be guaranteed. Booth participants are responsible for cash on hand to make

change.

• This is a rain or shine event however, should weather conditions be sever and pose a threat to safety and the ability to setup the event, the event will be cancelled in which case you will be notified asap and given full refund of booth fee.

• Promoter may, at its sole option, demand that Vendor cease selling any items that are not approved in advance and listed on application. No exclusivity guaranteed.

• Promoter takes no responsibility for any losses incurred through theft, carelessness, force nature, riots, power outage or power surges.

• Vendor is responsible for any damage to the grounds resulting from product spillage or any other destruction resulting from Vendor's operations during the Bay Area Craft Beer Festival.

• Must be ready for fire department inspections by 11am. All equipment must be removed and cleanup completed by 6:00pm.

• Two event tasting tickets are included in vendor booth fee. Additional tasting tickets are $35 each if ordered in advance. Day of event - going ticket rate online only. 21 and over only.

• ALL booth staff be 21 years of age or older to enter the event grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Your booth fee will be charged to card on file upon acceptance.

Maker, Art & Craft Booth $250.00 Non-refundable
Commercial Vendor Space $1,500.00 Non-refundable Includes: 10'x10' space in premium location, four event tasting tickets including wine/brewer hour from 11-Noon, logo on group banner at stage, Acknowledgment on Downtown Martinez Social Media, Newsletter and Printed Media, and Logo and Link on Event Website.
