Vendor and artists, welcome to Southeast Game Exchange! SEGE 2025 will be our first 3 DAY CON! It will take place on Friday, July 18, Saturday, July 19, & Sunday, July 20, 2025, at the Greenville Convention Center.

Venue Policies
- Vendors are not to deface any venue materials permanently.
 - Sales or distribution of adult-themed material are strictly prohibited, and Southeast Game Exchange (SEGE) has the authority to judge the appropriateness of all displays.
 - The sale or display of weapons and other questionable materials is forbidden.
 
Southeast Game Exchange 2025 Vendor Contract
- Contract: This form acts as a written contract between Southeast Game Exchange (SEGE) and the applicant.
 - Changes to Agreement: SEGE reserves the right to make changes to this agreement if necessary.
 - Vendors: Once contract has been approved and payment received, SEGE agrees to provide vendor with a 6' table for artist booths, an 8' table for inline booths, two 8' tables for corner booths, four 8' tables for end cap booths and any purchased add-ons.
 - Attending Requirements: Vendors are required to attend all three days of the convention and must have booth staffed at all times during convention hours. Breakdown is no earlier than 5 PM on Sunday, July 20, 2025. Vendors agree to vacate the convention premises on Sunday, July 20, 2025, by 8 PM.
 - Promotion: SEGE will actively promote the event but does not guarantee a specific attendance count.
 - Contract Applications: We reserve the right to deny vendors to ensure a broad representation of products.
 - Saving Spaces: Booth spaces will not be saved until vendor has paid in full.
 - Refunds: We are not offering refunds.
 - Weather: This is a rain or shine event (event is indoors).
 - Copyrighted Material and AI: SEGE does not allow bootleg products or AI-generated art. All reproduction products must be clearly marked. SEGE reserves the right to determine what is an acceptable product.
 - Offensive Material: SEGE is a family-friendly event and reserves the right to judge and potentially eject vendors for displaying inappropriate or offensive materials.
 - Prohibited Activities: Activities like smoking, selling unpackaged food, or possessing alcohol are not allowed in the exhibit hall.
 - Compliance with Laws: Vendors must follow all local, state, and federal laws, especially concerning sales and taxes.
 - Behavior: Vendors must follow general convention attendee rules during off-hours.
 - Setup and Decoration: Vendors must ensure all materials and decorations adhere to venue policies.
 - Security: SEGE will provide after-hours security. SEGE is not responsible for any loss or damage to vendor materials, goods, samples, or other property that may occur.
 - Insurance: It is the responsibility of the vendors to have their insurance coverage.
 - Liabilities: Vendors will hold SEGE and the convention location harmless for any personal injury or damage to goods that may occur.
 - Abandonment: If a vendor has not checked in thirty minutes prior to the time doors open for attendees, their booth will be considered abandoned and will be sold to another vendor.
 - Violation: Violators of the terms & conditions of this agreement will be asked to cease operating their booth and forfeit fee payment. Participation in future events run by Bell Premier Events may also be denied.
