Wildside Winery Balloon Festival β Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event Details
Date: Saturday, September 13th
Time: Event begins at 6:30 PM (hot air balloon rides start weather permitting).
Location: Wildside Winery, 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY 40383.
Vendor Setup & Breakdown
Setup Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 9:00 AM.
Setup Deadline: Vendors must be fully set up by 1:00 PM.
Breakdown Time: Vendors must remain set up until the conclusion of the event unless otherwise approved.
Space Assignment: Vendor spaces are designated by Wildside Winery. Placement is first come, first served.
Vendor Fees
Vendor fees must be paid in full prior to the event.
Fees are non-refundable.
Weather Policy
The Balloon Festival is weather-dependent. If weather conditions prevent the balloons from going up, a rain date will be selected and communicated to all vendors.
The festival will proceed rain or shine, with vendors, live music, and food trucks continuing as planned.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and any display equipment.
All vendor spaces must be kept clean during and after the event. Trash must be removed by vendors.
Vendors are responsible for all sales, transactions, and applicable taxes.
Prohibited Items
Wildside Winery prohibits the sale or display of weapons, illegal substances, or any items deemed inappropriate.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Liability
Wildside Winery is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendor property or personnel. Vendors participate at their own risk.
Vendors must adhere to all local laws, safety guidelines, and winery policies.
Conduct
Vendors are expected to maintain professional and courteous behavior toward guests, other vendors, and staff.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of a full festival cancellation, Wildside Winery will notify vendors as soon as possible. Vendor fees remain non-refundable.
