Join us in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Baltimore Pride by representing your non-profit organization at one of the region’s largest and most impactful Pride celebrations! With over 150,000 attendees, this milestone event provides a powerful platform to connect, advocate, and share your mission with a diverse and engaged audience. Late submission pricing ends May 5. About the event
Terms & Conditions
Please note a Non-profit is defined as an organization with an annual budget less than $500k. Non-profit and/or government agencies will need to upload proof of their 501(c)(3) status in order to complete this application. If you want to sell any items, you will have to apply as a small business.
No Refund Policy:
Please note that all vendor and parade participant fees are non-refundable. In the event that you decide to withdraw from the event, no refunds will be issued.

| Two-Day Tent Rental | $250.00 | Non-refundable | $125 tent fee for 10x10 tent. The fee will be charged at checkout. Please note this fee is for both days. |
