About the application
Please fill out the application in its entirety:
- Name of Business
- Address
- Amount of team members to be present
- Type of business
- Attach a copy of your business' Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)
- Applicable Payment Method
VENDOR FEE:
Accepted Payments: Check, Money Order, Cash, Credit Card.
A credit card is required to submit the vendor application, even if you are not paying with a credit card.
Cash is only accepted in-person.
Payment via credit card is an option but will have a 5.9% + $.30 processing fee.
If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged only after the application has been approved.
If you are NOT paying with a Credit Card, your Credit Card WILL NOT be charged after the application has been approved.

Prices
| Single booth - Non-profit | $25.00 | Non-refundable | Boynton Beach local businesses vendor fee is a rate of $50.00. Non-Boynton Beach businesses have a vendor fee rate of $100.00; however, a $25.00 discount applies if you are a registered vendor with the City and have participated in previous events. Please indicate on the application if you are a CRA-registered business, as this fee will be waived.
