Bean Fest and Championship Outhouse Race
Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Bean Fest and Championship Outhouse Race on October 24th & 25th, 2025.
Important Information:
- Vendor spots and locations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Fee: $150.00 per booth space, which includes a $25.00 permit fee.
- Non-Profit Organizations: $100.00 per 10' x 12' space. (Permit not required for non-profits)
Terms of Agreement:
Booth Space:
Each fee includes one 10' x 12' space. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Space is limited. If you purchase multiple spaces, you may utilize the entire interior, but please leave a 1' buffer on each side of the larger booth.Application Processing:
Contracts are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors do not select their locations; placement is at the discretion of the Chamber of Commerce. While you may request a location, it is not guaranteed.No Refunds:
Vendor fees are non-refundable. This is an outdoor, rain or shine event.Vendor Selection:
The Chamber reserves the right to select vendors to ensure a diverse representation of products.Set-Up Times:
Set-up is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM on Friday, October 25th. Booths must be open no later than noon on Friday and no later than 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 26th. Tear-down is not permitted before 5:00 PM on either event day.Product Listing:
Vendors must list all items to be sold in their booth. The Chamber reserves the right to reject applications. If your application is denied, you will be notified via email.Tent Safety:
All canopy tents must be weighted at the corners to guard against high winds. The Chamber is not responsible for any damage.Parking:
No reserved parking is available for vendors. You may unload your items at your assigned spot, but vehicles must then be moved to public parking. The Chamber does not provide vendor parking for this event.Overnight Security:
You may leave your items on the street overnight at your own risk. While Mountain View is generally safe, neither the Chamber of Commerce nor the City of Mountain View is responsible for unattended items. The City Police Department will patrol the area periodically.Courtesy and Conduct:
Please remain courteous and welcoming to visitors and event staff. The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave the event at any time for any reason.
