About the application
Vendors and Artists, welcome to MidSouth Mega Con! MSMC will take place on Saturday, May 24th (10am-6pm) & Sunday, May 25th, 2025 (10am-5pm) at the Memphis Sports & Events Center.
Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
If additional vendor passes are required, they will be available to purchase at vendor check-in on May 23rd and 24th.
To protect the venue's flooring, if you are bringing grid wall, you must bring your own mats or carpet. If you are bringing your own tables, the venue requires either them be placed on mats/carpet rubber or felted covered feet.

Terms & Conditions
Venue Policies
- Staples, nails, tacks, and other tapes are strictly prohibited on MSEC floors and walls.
- Exhibitors are not to deface any venue materials permanently.
- Sales or distribution of adult-themed material are strictly prohibited, and MSMC has the authority to judge the appropriateness of all displays. MSMC does not permit the sales of AI created artwork.
- The sale or display of weapons and other questionable materials is forbidden.
MidSouth Mega Con 2025 Exhibitor Contract
- Contract: This form acts as a written contract between the MidSouth Mega Con and aforementioned party.
- Changes to Agreement: MSMC reserves the right to make changes to this agreement if necessary.
- Vendors: Once contract has been accepted and payment received, MSMC agrees to provide vendors with an 8' table for inline booths and two 8' tables for corner booths and any additional add-ons.
- Artists: Once contract has been accepted and payment received, MSMC agrees to provide artists with an 6' table and any additional add-ons. We consider artists eligible for artist booths to sell art, prints, posters, sketches, drawings, and certain hand-crafted items.
- Attending Requirements: Vendors are required to attend both days of the convention and must have booth staffed at all times during convention hours. Breakdown is no earlier than 5 PM on Sunday May 25th, 2025. Vendor agrees to vacate the convention premises by Sunday May 25th, 2025 by 8 PM.
- Promotion: MSMC will actively promote the event but does not guarantee a specific attendance count.
- Contract Applications: We reserve the right to deny vendors to ensure a broad representation of products. We also reserve the right to deny artist applications that don't fall under the category of art.
- Saving Spaces: Vendor spaces will not be saved until vendor has paid in full.
- Refunds: We are not offering refunds.
- Weather: This is a rain or shine event (event is indoors).
- Venue Flooring Requirements: To protect the venue's flooring, the venue requires all grid wall to be placed on mats/carpet. If you are bringing your own tables, the venue requires for them to be placed on mats/carpet or for the table to have rubber or felted covered feet. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own mats/carpet or table feet covers.
- Copyrighted Material and AI: MSMC does not allow bootleg products or AI-generated art. All reproduction products must be clearly marked. MSMC reserves the right to determine what is an acceptable product.
- Offensive Material: MSMC is a family-friendly event and reserves the right to judge and potentially eject exhibitors for displaying inappropriate or offensive materials.
- Prohibited Activities: Activities like smoking, selling unpackaged food, or possessing alcohol are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall.
- Compliance with Laws: Exhibitors must follow all local, state, and federal laws, especially concerning sales and taxes.
- Behavior: Exhibitors must follow general convention attendee rules during off-hours.
- Setup and Decoration: Exhibitors must ensure all materials and decorations adhere to venue policies.
- Security: MSMC will provide after hours security. MSMC is not responsible for any loss or damage to vendors materials, goods, samples, or other property which may occur.
- Insurance: It's the responsibility of the exhibitor to have their insurance coverage.
- Liabilities: Vendors will hold MSMC and the convention location harmless for any personal injury or damage to goods that may occur.
- Abandonment: If an exhibitor has not checked in thirty-minutes prior to the time doors open for attendees, their booth will be considered abandoned, and will be sold to another exhibitor.
- Violation: Violators of the terms & conditions of this agreement will be asked to cease operating their booth and forfeit fee payment. Participation in future events run by Bell Premier Events may also be denied.
