Concession Vendor Application
About the application
Thank you for applying to be a concession vendor at Toad Suck Daze! More than 100,000 people attend the festival each year and look forward to great food vendors. Toad Suck Daze has approximately 35 spaces for concession vending. Preference is given to returning concessionaires.
This application is for food vendors that make and sale food onsite. For those vendors that make pre-packaged food to sell, please fill out a Toad Market Retail application.
There is no application fee, but booths are priced per linear foot. The fee ranges from $75 to $125 per foot depending on location within the festival. If selected, booth fee will be due with completed contract. Selection of new concession vendors will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to, menu variety, size of trailer/tent, point of sale and food presentation, potential sales performance and overall compatibility with festival.
Festival hours are:
Friday, May 2 - 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday, May 3 - 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
Sunday, May 4 - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Festival set-up will take place on Thursday evening
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Number of new vendors is limited, if accepted vendors will receive a contract for participation that includes location and payment terms. All participating vendors must have health department certificate, and at least $1 Million in liability insurance. Vendor will be required to pass local fire department safety check upon set-up.
