About the event
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market, organized by the Uptown Ankeny Association (referred to as “Organizer”). By applying for and participating in the Market, vendors agree to comply with the market's vendor rules, as outlined in the attached vendor handbook on page 2.
By submitting an application, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

| Seasonal Vendor: Single booth | SOLD OUT | Your Seasonal Vendor fee pays for one vendor spot at the market, upon application approval, for each of 18 regular-season markets, Saturdays from 5/24/25- 9/27/25, excluding 7/12/25, when the market will be closed, and at the Pumpkins & Pints evening market, date TBD. There will be no refunds for dates you are unable to attend. There will be no refunds after approval, should you decide to withdraw from the market. Processing fees are nonrefundable. | |
| Occasional Vendor: Single Booth | $40.00 | This fee includes your first market day. Upon approval, preferred market dates will be requested. A $40 fee will be collected for each additional market day at a later date (cash or check, or Venmo for $42). Vendors not approved for the 2025 season will be refunded $40. Processing fees are nonrefundable. Your $40 fee will not be refunded if you choose to withdraw after approval. |
