2025 Entertainment Application

This application is for entertainers wanting to perform at the 2025 Anacortes Arts Festival.

Festival Dates and Stage Hours:

Friday, August 1, 2025          11am - 8pm

Saturday, August 2, 2025      11am - 8pm   

Sunday, August 3, 2025        11am - 5pm

Our Festival offers FREE entertainment  to our guests on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Each year’s lineup highlights local and regional talent representing a wide variety of musical styles. We regularly feature over 30 acts throughout Festival weekend.

Our two stages and locations: 

The Main Stage - located on 3rd Street next to the Hideout Bar. Featuring lively music extending into evening hours on Friday & Saturday. 

The Jazz Stage - located on10th Street next to the Reunion Wine Bar.  A variety of softer sounds including contemporary and traditional jazz, running until 8pm on Friday night. Applications will be accepted through May 29, 2025. 

You will have an opportunity below to upload two MP4 song samples if you have them. If not, please provide a website link for our committee to hear your music. If you do not have a private website, you can send a link to an alternate site for us to hear a couple of sample songs. Applicants will be notified by June 19, 2025 if space is available.

By submitting your application, you agree to the following:
 
I understand I may not be accepted and that my application will be reviewed with all other entertainment applications by an Anacortes Arts Festival Entertainment Committee. 
 
By submitting this application, Entertainer agrees that they have $1,000,000 in liability insurance and understand they are personally responsible for any damages and payments or all claims that may result from their participation in the AAF. The Festival will not be responsible for damage due to weather or unrelated incidents.
 
Entertainers must obey all safety codes, local and state laws. This includes, but is not limited to, fire, safety and parking regulations. AAF is a "rain or shine" event. Entertainers agree to be available during their scheduled hours, regardless of weather.
 
Vendors agree that images provided to the Festival may be used for eventâ€related publicity. Event participants agree that videos and photographs taken at event by Festival staff or designees may be used for promotional purposes and are the property of AAF.

By fulfilling application and engaging in participation, all applicants release and hold harmless The Anacortes Arts Festival, the City of Anacortes, the Port of Anacortes, Skagit County, the State of Washington and all event sponsors, festival staff, Board of Directors, and volunteers from any and all liability, as outlined in the Festival Rules and this Legal Agreement.
