About the application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for NerdVana Expo!
This application will have different questions depending on if you’re an artist/craft, a reseller, and or a storefront owner.
Please take the time to read through it fully and reach out with any questions you may have.
If your application doesn’t get approved, it will be placed on a waitlist. As we would love to accept everybody, it’s not humanly possible, unfortunately. We will keep up with who all has applied and reach back out so we can keep rotating vendors to make things fresh for future events.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the tables and extra options, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
If your application is approved and the transaction is successful, it is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable after purchase.
If for whatever reason, you may not be able to make the event, reach out to us, and we can see about adding you to a future event.

- If approved, we do require everyone to make at least 2 post on social media about the event. Can we count on you to do that?
- Would you need a hotel room for the weekend? If so how many rooms? Also, how many nights?
