About the application
PLEASE NOTE: Our vendors booths are sold out for this year's Fairy Festival. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please email us at kendallvillemainstreet@gmail.com.
If you are on the waiting list and have been contacted about vendor space that has opened up, please proceed with the instructions you were provided via email.
Join us for the 2025 Fairy, Gnome and Troll Festival in Historic Downtown Kendallville! We are currently accepting applications for craft and food vendors, as well as non-profits who would like to provide outreach and a free children's activity.
The event is geared towards children ages 0-12, with lots of fun entertainment options and surprises to be found throughout the day!
Please be sure to complete the application in its entirety.
All vendors must be family-friendly.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Guidelines:
- Set up is from 8:00am-9:30am on the date of the event.
- The event runs from 10:00am-2:00pm. No leaving early. No tear down until after 2:00pm. Vendors who leave early will not be permitted to participate in future festivals.
- The event will run rain or shine.
- Electricity is available upon request.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, décor, etc.
- By choosing to participate, you agree that neither the Fairy Festival Committee, Historic Downtown Kendallville, nor the City of Kendallville is liable to you or your property.
- No vulgar materials will be allowed.
- No refunds will be given for vendor cancellations, regardless of reason.
Vendor Pricing Guidelines:
- For-profit Booth (selling a product or service) -- $40
- For-profit Booth with electricity -- $50
- Non-profit Booth (providing free outreach, children’s activity, or service) – no charge
Payments are required in advance, payable to Historic Downtown Kendallville, and may be paid online here, or mailed with your completed registration form to the following address:
