About the application

Vendors will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis taking into consideration we aim to offer a wide variety of food options for attendees. Food trucks, trailers, and booths will be allowed. Space assignments will be made by the city to ensure variety. Preference is given to local food vendors.

About the event

The City of South Fulton Juneteenth festival is a vibrant celebration that honors African American culture, history, and freedom. The festival will bring together people of all ages, races, and backgrounds to commemorate June 19th, 1865, the day when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, were finally informed of their emancipation. The festival day will be filled with music, dance, food, and cultural activities.

Terms & Conditions

Vendors are responsible for supplying their personnel, tents, tables, chairs, and display arrangements. Prices of all menu items must be marked and in full view of the customers. All vendors must pre-register prior to the sale day(s), maintain liability insurance, and submit a copy of current policy information and State food license with this application. 
 
Once the application is approved, you will receive a link for the next steps in the email you provided. You must complete the next steps within 24 hours of receiving the link.
