About the application
Accepted vendor types and art vendor mediums:Craft Vendors: handmade or homemade items, jewelry, bath and body products, paper goods, candles, handmade clothing, pottery, woodworking, metalworking, glassware, fabric crafts, crochet and knitting, embroidery and cross-stitch, quilting and patchwork, leather goods, soap and skincare, resin crafts, wreaths and floral arrangements, paintings and prints, stained glass, felt crafts, etc.
Art Vendors: original or reproduced artwork. Paintings, drawings, photographs, prints, sculptures, Oil paints, Watercolors, Acrylic paints, Graphite pencils, Charcoal, Pastels, Ink, Markers, Collage, Clay, Wood, Metal, Stone, Glass, Fabric, Paper, Plaster, Wax, Wire, Digital media, etc.
Toy Vendors: toys, games, puzzles, and novelty items for children
Street Artists: create artwork on the spot, such as portraits, caricatures, or custom paintings.
NO ALCOHOL SALES OR SAMPLES ARE ALLOWED ON THIS FORM. If you are a company that would like to sell/sample alcohol send inquiry to Trevor@hbproductionsllc.com for information regarding your booth options.
We do not accept applications from multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses, also known as network marketing, direct selling or pyramid selling. If you have questions about this email Baron@hbproductionsllc.com.
Set up will begin at 7:30AM and must be completed by 10AM

WHAT WE PROMISE YOU & VENDING RULES:
THIS IS FOR NON-FOOD VENDORS ONLY. If you're interested in vending food, please fill out the NuLu Fest Food Vendor Form.
No MLM Businesses.
WHAT WE PROMISE YOU AND SOME RULES:
NBA member pricing is exclusive to Nulu Business Association members. Non-members who select this option must pay the membership dues or the price difference before the event. To verify your membership status or for more information, please contact the NBA.
Minimum Reserved 10’ x 10’ vendor booth space. Please select your booth space size below. There will be a maximum of (4) spaces per exhibitor
Opportunity to distribute coupons, special offers, sampling, conduct raffles and special promotions specifically for YOUR business
Includes fee to obtain vendor permit from City
No electric provided. Please note if you are bringing a generator Must be approved by event organizers.
Booth does not include signage, tent, tables, chairs.
Must provide your own point of sales system and any back up charging devices.
Must have weights for tents & lighting.
Display equipment must be provided by the exhibitor
Security is being provided at the festival however, the festival is not responsible for stolen or ruined items.
VENDOR INFO:
The NuLu Festival will take place in the 600-800 block of East Market Street. The street will be closed from 8:00am Saturday until 1:00am Sunday. Festival activities and entertainment are schedules from 12:00pm until 9:00pm Saturday, September 23rd.
All booth set-up must be complete by 10:30am and take-down cannot start before 9pm, must be complete by 11pm. Vendors will have vehicle access to their space before 10:00am and after 9:00pm. Festival organizers request that breakdown and removal of tents not take place until scheduled closing at 9:00pm.
NuLu event staff members will be available Saturday to direct you to your assigned space.
Items not allowed in any booth: knives, guns, sprays, stun-guns, any weapon related item, potions, obscene or X-rated material, silly string, graffiti type foam, drug paraphernalia and / or anything depicting drugs or drug use.
No beverages allowed to be sold, or given away. If you are interested in becoming a food vendor, please contact festival management regarding the form and details.
The use of amplified public address systems, stereos / radios is prohibited.
Booths must be open throughout the entire event. If your booth shuts down early you will not be invited back in future years.
Electric is not available for vendors. If you require electric, please contact trevor@hbproductionsllc.com.
The festival reserves the right to exclude or deny admittance to any exhibitor it deems to have questionable or unacceptable merchandise.
