About the event

Attendees can expect a wide range of attractions, including vendor booths, food options, live music, Elvis impersonators, Miss Texas Route 66 Pinup Pageant, kids' activities, hot dog eating contest, a car show, and much more. Admission is free for all attendees.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Each vendor must bring a table, chairs, tent (unless renting from the ACVB), and any needed supplies.
  2. Each vendor must arrive at check-in at SW 5th Ave and Tennessee between 8 AM and 9:30 AM. 
  3. Each vendor must remain open until 6 PM.
  4. Vendors must have their tents and items pulled back to the sidewalk by 6:30 PM to prepare for the car show drive-out.
  5. Vendors must not enter the festival area with their vehicle after 10 AM and before the street has been cleared.
  6. Vendors must, jointly with the event organizer, maintain a clean and trash free space.
  7. No alcoholic beverage can be sold.
  8. Vendors are not allowed to move/sell items away from their designated location. 
  9. Vendors must adhere to all City of Amarillo and State of Texas policies and regulations regarding the sale of food and items. 
  10. If fees are not submitted by the due date, the space will be forfeited. 
  11. Unless prior approval is obtained, booth fees are nonrefundable.
  12. All vendors must provide proof of their Texas Sales Tax Permit.
  13. Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own Special Event Liability Coverage with the "Amarillo Convention and Visitors Bureau" as an additional insured. The ACVB's insurance coverage will not cover vendor liabilities.
  14. Vendors must follow all guidelines as outlined in the vendor handbook.

10x10 Booth Space $0.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. ***A payment method is still required, but your card WILL NOT be charged***
Non Profit Tent $50.00 Non-refundable If a tent is not returned or is damaged, you will be charged the full cost for replacement.
Electrical Outlet $50.00 Non-refundable
