Welcome FlowJam Festival 2025 Hand Made Crafts application! Make sure to choose what Category Vendor is right for you. First take a moment to read the various options we provide, and what comes with your Vendor pass. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting your space, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

This is a rain or shine event. Product & Service Vendor passes include:
- Three Adult weekend passes including Onsite Camping in Vending Area
- One regular car parking pass *Parking near your vending set up available as an add-on below

Note: Upon approval pay in full amount will be charged to the card on file.

| Park Next to Your Vending Set Up | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This includes one parking pass to park next to your vending set up within the confines of the vendor assigned spaces |
| Extra Weekend Regular Parking Pass | $30.00 | Non-refundable | Price includes one regular weekend parking pass *Add this option if you need more than one parking pass that comes with your 10x10 or 10x20 space |
| RV Or Tear Drop Parking (RV PARKING AREA ONLY) | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Price includes one reserved space in our RV Parking area *Staff Parking, not for Vendor Set up |
| Pop-Up Cart (Mobile Vendor) | $250.00 | Non-refundable | This pop or Mobile Vendor will not have a reserved space, but will have access to the grounds to move their inventory. This is best for people with carts or who are walking around with their products. **This Price ***ONLY*** INCLUDES ONE ADULT TICKET TO VEND & REGULAR PARKING PASS |
