We are pleased to bring you the Art in Bayfront Park Festival in 2025, including a Culinary Arts Market. The Culinary Arts Market will feature a curated collection of artisan makers of gourmet, pre-packaged foods from Duluth and the surrounding area, including the Twin Cities

Terms & Conditions
Participation: Each vendor will contract for 2 days of the market. Vendors will complete their load in and set up by 9am. Market hours are Saturday 10 am- 5 pm and Sunday 10 am - 4 pm, rain or shine. You must staff your booth during all festival hours. Culinary artist space is $275. This fee includes a $50 non-refundable processing fee. Artists that cancel after June 1 2025, forfeit their right to a refund.

Vendor Space: All vendor spaces are at least 10’ x 10’. If you want a double space (10’ x 20’), you are welcome to purchase two spaces. Vendors provide their own tent(s) and everything inside the tent (tables, chairs, 50 lbs weights for each leg of the tent and displays). Only some spaces have access to electricity and priority is given to early applications. Please indicate if you will need electricity and how many volts, amps and outlets you will need. Electrical is $35 a space.
Permits and Licenses:
Vendors will be required to have the appropriate licensing from the City of Duluth, State of Minnesota to participate. Each vendor will be responsible for any fees associated with their permits and any sales taxes due
