Eligibility: Black Male Exhibitors (21+) are invited to apply.

- Vendors: Clothing, Crafts, Jewelry
Review: Our team will conduct a thorough review of your work and consider you for the exhibit within 48 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged.
Setup: All exhibitors are provided with a 6ft x 6ft or 12ft x 6ft floor space and will be required to bring their own grid panel displays, easels, tables, etc for presentation. Exhibitors are required to be on site by 12pm for setup on the day of event. Sales start at 3pm and end at 8pm.
Sales: Exhibitors keep 100% of their sales.

Terms & Conditions
Black Boy Art Show DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which Black Boy Art Show has no control. Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. Any withdrawal/cancellation requests must be requested 2 weeks in advance of the event to be considered for vendor credit.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I agree to indemnify and hold Black Boy Art Show, their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the Black Boy Art Show, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Black Boy Art Show. I understand and agree that Black Girl Art Show is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
