As a commercial sponsor, your business will be included in advertising, on the festival website and rack card, and have a banner.
Note: WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show.
All payments must be made through Eventeny.
Shows are rain or shine and are NOT postponed.
IMPORTANT: The email address that you put on this application is the email address that we will use to communicate with you. Please make sure it is the correct email.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Thank you for joining us. As we prepare for 2025, there are some things that you need to be aware of.
WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show.
ALL tents must have weights attached to each tent leg or be staked into the ground, if possible
No music playing in your booth during the show.
No sub-leasing of your space.
Sponsor must be present at the show all days.
Weather permitting, sponsors in tents will be allowed to drive to their spot, unload quickly, and move their vehicle out of the vendor area.
