About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Temporary Food Permit: All food truck vendors must obtain a temporary food permit from the City of Amarillo. Proof of this permit is required prior to the event.
- Equipment: Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, tent (unless renting from the Amarillo Convention and Visitors Bureau), and any other necessary supplies.
- Arrival and Set-Up: Vendors must check in between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM at SW 5th Ave and Tennessee. Please arrive on time, as all vehicles must be out of the festival area by 10:00 AM and cannot re-enter until the streets are cleared after the event.
- Operational Hours: Each vendor must remain open until 6:00 PM.
- Festival Area Access: Vehicles are not permitted to enter the festival area after 10:00 AM or before the event concludes and the streets have been cleared.
- Cleanliness: Vendors are required to maintain a clean, trash-free space in coordination with the event organizers.
- Prohibited Sales: No alcoholic beverages are permitted for sale.
- Designated Area: Vendors may not sell or move items outside of their designated location.
- Compliance: All vendors must comply with City of Amarillo and State of Texas regulations regarding the sale of food and items.
- Fees and Refunds: Vendor fees must be submitted by the due date to secure your space. Spaces will be forfeited if fees are not paid on time. Booth fees are nonrefundable unless prior approval has been obtained.
- Sales Tax Permit: All vendors must provide proof of their Texas Sales Tax Permit.
- Insurance: Vendors must obtain their own Special Event Liability Coverage, listing the "Amarillo Convention and Visitors Bureau" as an additional insured. The ACVB’s insurance does not cover vendor liabilities.
- Vendor Handbook: All vendors are expected to follow the guidelines provided in the vendor handbook.
