About the event

At its core, ShopFest Utah is a small business street fair, bringing together over 250 small businesses for a one-day ultimate shopping event that attracts several thousand visitors every year. Business owners from over 35 cities around the state converge to create an enormous market with an incredible diversity of products and services.

Terms & Conditions

ShopFest Utah 2025 (the "Event") is organized by the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce and will take place on September 6, 2025 at Cory Wride Memorial Park in Eagle Mountain, Utah.

 

The Event is designed to promote local businesses and offer a variety of services to attendees. Young Entrepreneurvendors wishing to participate in the Event must meet the following eligibility criteria:

 

Offer a service or services that comply with all local and state regulations.

 

Provide proof of liability insurance coverage, if applicable.ShopFest Jr. vendors interested in participating in the Event must complete the official application form provided by the Event Organizer.

 

The Event Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject applications at their discretion. ShopFest Jr. vendors must provide detailed information about the services they intend to offer during the Event.

 

The Event Organizer may review and approve the service offerings to ensure they align with the overall event theme and standards.

 

ShopFest Jr. vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booths or service areas in a clean and organized manner.

 

Booth or service area setup and operation must comply with all event guidelines and local regulations.

 

ShopFest Jr. vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits required to provide their services at the Event.

 

Proof of valid permits must be provided to the Event Organizer upon request.

 

ShopFest Jr. vendors may be required to maintain liability insurance depending on the nature of their services.

 

ShopFest Jr. vendors must hold harmless and indemnify ShopFest Utah 2025 and the Event Organizer against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation.

 

ShopFest Jr. vendors are responsible for setting their own pricing for the services they provide.

 

ShopFest Jr. vendors must clearly communicate their pricing to customers and can gather personal information for later communication.

 

ShopFest Jr. vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in ShopFest Utah 2025 through their own marketing channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.

 

The Event Organizer may also promote participating service vendors through Event marketing materials. In the event that a service vendor needs to cancel their participation, refunds are as follows:

 

Cancellation 60+ days before the event (by July 7, 2025): Full Refund, minus fees. Cancellation 30-60 days before the event (by July 8 - August 7, 2025): 50% Refund, minus fees. Cancellation within 30 days of the event (after August 7, 2025): NO REFUND.

 

The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and service vendors will be notified of any changes.

 

The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate the participation of any service vendor that fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to the Event.

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

 

By participating in ShopFest Utah 2025, service vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Prices

10x10 Booth $40.00 Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
ShopFest Jr. Season Pass $210.00 Non-refundable The ShopFest Jr. Season Pass is the perfect opportunity for young entrepreneurs to gain hands-on experience throughout the summer! This pass includes all the Food Truck Rally nights (every Thursday evening from June through September) and a booth at ShopFest 2025. Use the code SeasonPass to get $60 off and secure your spot today! It’s a great way to get exposure and make connections with the local community. Food Truck Rally $10.00 Non-refundable ShopFest Jr. is giving young entrepreneurs the chance to showcase their businesses at the Food Truck Rally every Thursday evening from June through September at Cory Wride Memorial Park. With 17 nights in total, this is an amazing opportunity for kids to sell their products and gain real-world business experience. Cost: $10 per night The quantity you select is for the nights you want to attend. Each selected night includes a 10x10 booth space for your young entrepreneur to set up and sell. You can attend as many rallies as you'd like throughout the summer! This is a great chance for kids to get involved in the local community, practice their sales skills, and build their own business. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to be part of ShopFest Jr. at the Food Truck Rally!

  • Equipment and Weight Requirement: I understand and agree that I must have a minimum of 25 lbs of weight per leg on my canopy to ensure stability during the event. Failure to comply will result in a $25 charge on the day of the event to rent weights. I acknowledge that I am purchasing a booth space only and must provide all necessary equipment and supplies for the day, including but not limited to a canopy, chairs, tables, and any other required supplies.
