Welcome to our event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions 

 

Each date will be on 3rd Saturdays (March-December) from 5:30pm-9:30pm.

 

Events are rain or shine. The setup will be all outdoors and you are required to bring your own 10 x 10 tent and 4-20 lb tent weights (WE REQUIRE SAND BAG TENT WEIGHTS FILLED WITH ROCKS OR SAND. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO UPLOAD A PHOTO OF YOUR TENT WEIGHTS)

 

$100 vendor fee and Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into a market

 

No refunds or market credits

No MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing)

No food trucks

If electricity is needed, please be sure to add a "special request" (with associated fee) to your application

I understand that there will be no refund or market credit within a month of the event date.

Events are rain or shine. In the event that The MAKRS Society has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, The MAKRS Society will issue a 75% refund.

Prices

10x10 Space $100.00 Non-refundable You will be allotted a 10x10 space. Please make sure your booth setup fits within the 10x10 space.
Special Request Fee $10.00 Non-refundable Any special request for where you would like your booth to be located at the markets.
Sponsor Booth (Single Event) $300.00 Non-refundable Sponsorship booths are available for $300.00 per ONE event. Group market rate: If you would like to attend all 4 markets, the total will be $1,000 ($250/ event), saving you $200 for the year.
Sponsor Booth (all 10 dates) $2,500.00 Non-refundable Both event dates ($250/event)
Lead Sponsor (all 10 dates) $10,000.00 Non-refundable Only 1 Lead Sponsor available for the year. ($1,000/event date) Lead sponsor perks: -10x10 booth for all 10 events -logo and "event presented by..." on all promotional materials -logo and short description on market emails -and more
