So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the type of food that is offered.
This selective process means each food truck will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience, and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from.
Please state everything that you will be selling for the show.
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Beginning January 1, 2023, there is a new Kentucky statute that states that I must charge sales tax on space rental. For this show, we were able to lower the price of the booth rental charge to compensate for charging this tax. This is due to the wonderful sponsors!
Please only submit close up pictures of your offerings for advertising purposes.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.
Please keep your items within your allotted space.
No sales are permitted outside your space.
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.

One last and very important item I need to address with vendors who provide food and refreshments to the public:T
here is a 3% tax that must be charged to your customers and this needs to be paid at the month end of the show date.I have attached the ordinance and the form to submit these funds to the City of Shelbyville.
