Please read the entire terms and conditions below. We will accept a very limited number of small businesses to our show on the condition that your merchandise does not directly compete with handmade artisans.

ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS                             Updated 111/24/2024 

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. 

No refunds after booth assignments have been sent out. 

No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows.  

Past participation of an ArtSpark produced event. 

Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.

Please only submit close up pictures of your art for advertising purposes. 

Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights. 

Please keep your items within your booth space.

No selling in the aisles or elsewhere on the campus.  

No sales are permitted outside your space.

To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.

Set up is Saturday morning between 7 AM - 9:45 AM

Show will open at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm!

No music allowed except approved by show management.

There are a limited number of electric connections on the grounds.

Please notate on your application if you need electric.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

Generators are allowed with prior approval. 

Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.                                      

Now onto the legal stuff...

By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
