NAF Arts & Craft Show 2025
About the application
The Annual NAF Arts & Craft Fair is held each year in downtown Hart on the courthouse lawn, featuring over 70 vendors. Asparagus-themed vendors are encouraged!!
HOURS: Craft fair hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, rain or shine. No early tear-down is allowed.
SETUP: Vendors booth setup is Friday, June 13th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Set-up times are firm. This is an outdoor show; vendors must provide their tents. Electricity is not provided and stakes are NOT allowed on the courthouse lawn – please plan accordingly.
BOOTH INFO: Booths are 12'x12' and are located on the grassy lawn surrounding the courthouse. Tents and tables are not provided. Only one vendor per booth. Booth fees are $60 ($75 after March 1st). No refunds will be granted after May 18th. Requests for booth locations are not guaranteed. Weights to secure your tent are strongly encouraged.
ACCEPTED CATEGORIES: Handmade crafters (non-commercial vendors) are given priority. All applications received after the deadline will be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis, regardless of the type of vendor (with NAF Board discretion), until spots are filled.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
TO ENTER: Each applicant must submit an application and a minimum of three (3) electronic images for consideration by the jury. The images must be fully representative of the work you will sell at the Craft Show.
ACCEPTANCE: The festival will accept vendors until the event is full. You will be notified of your status after the committee has reviewed your application. If you applied electronically, you may look up the status of your application(s) online. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter via email. Applications will not be accepted after June 6th. Prior to the festival, you will receive a packet with booth location confirmation, set-up information and day-of event details.
SETUP & TEAR DOWN:
Setup is Friday, June 13th from 5-7:30 PM. Craft show hours are: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday, June 14th. You must agree to be in place with items for sale during these hours.
NO BREAKDOWN OF BOOTHS PRIOR TO 5 PM ON SATURDAY.
