About the application

Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the event as a non-profit must provide evidence of their non-profit status. Non-profit is defined as one of the following:• A corporation incorporated pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law that is exempt from taxation and can show proof with a 501(c)3 form from the Internal Revenue Service.• An organization that was organized and is in operation for charitable purposes and meets the requirements of Section 214 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.

About the event

Join us for a long-standing Fair Oaks tradition, Easter Eggstravaganza! Children and their families will have an eggcellent time with a free children's egg hunt, craft & activity stations, petting zoo, and free pictures with the Bunny! Looking for some eggstra fun? For a nominal fee, teens (ages 13-17) and adults (ages 18+) may participate in the teen and adult egg hunts. Skip the Pictures with the Bunny line for $5. Vendors, food trucks, and pay to play activities will also be on-site!

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Prices

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application and processing fee for those accepted into the event. The fee will be automatically charged upon acceptance. Those who are not accepted will not be charged.
10x10 Non-Profit Booth $30.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
