Downtown Fresno Ice Rink Vendor Village: Taylor Swift Night Special Application
This holiday season, Downtown Fresno is bringing back its temporary Ice Rink, and we’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new Vendor Village to elevate the festive experience! Running throughout the Ice Rink season, the Vendor Village will feature a rotating selection of local food, snacks, and artisanal treats, showcasing the incredible variety and quality our community has to offer.
🎉 December 13th - A Special Celebration for Taylor Swift’s Birthday! 🎉
On this special day, we’ll be celebrating with all the Swifties in honor of Taylor Swift’s birthday! We’re looking for unique vendors to be part of this one-time-only “Swiftie Night” event from 5-9 pm. This celebration will feature themed music, decorations, and a gathering of Taylor Swift fans. If you specialize in festive snacks, creative treats, or anything that might appeal to Swifties, this is the night for you!
Please note: This application is solely for Taylor Swift Night on December 13th. Pricing and conditions are unique to this evening, as it’s a one-time event. If you’re interested in being a vendor on additional nights during the ice rink season, please complete the general Vendor Village application, which covers all other dates.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendor Agreement and Fee Structure
Event Commitment:
- Vendors are expected to arrive at least 1 hour before their scheduled time for setup.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, signage, lighting, and any necessary equipment.
Health and Safety:
- Vendors are required to keep their spaces clean during operation and must ensure their area is left in pre-event conditions after their shift.
Vendor Fees:
- A $25 non-refundable deposit fee is required for participation in Taylor Swift Night at the Ice Rink Vendor Village. Fees cover marketing, space, and any operational support.
Fee Structure:
- Standard Booth (non-food): 10% of total sales. Fees will be collected at the end of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
- Vendors must give a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel without penalty. Cancellations not made within 72 hours of the event will result in not being considered for future events.
Payment:
- Booth spaces are not confirmed until deposit fee and signed vendor agreement are received.
- All payments are non-refundable except for weather-related event cancellations
Prices
| Deposit Fee | $25.00 | Non-refundable | The deposit fee is collected before the start of the ice rink season to reserve your space. A 10% of total sales per day is collected at the end of each week participating. The deposit fee will be refunded at the end of the ice rink season, if all dates selected and approved for were participated in. Deposit fees will not be refunded if vendor cancels before the end of the market season. |
