About the registration

Bring art to life at the Stone Arch Bridge Festival, June 14 and 15, 2025. The festival offers a limited number of spaces for artists and organizations looking to demonstrate or create community art as a means of education, promotion and engagement with attendees. As part of this featured festival programming, demonstrators will be listed on the festival website and promoted via social media before/after the event to encourage fairgoers to visit these interactive booths and learn about the demonstrators/organizations.

 

Visual artists seeking to sell their work at the festival without providing a demonstration, community art, or engaging activity should apply for an artist booth at https://www.zapplication.org/event-info.php?ID=12954.

About the event

June 14th and 15th, 2025. Located on the beautiful Minneapolis Riverfront. It is one of the largest and most established festivals in the Twin Cities, and it has a long-standing tradition of celebrating art, music, and community during Father's Day weekend. Terms & Conditions

  • The cost to participate in Art in Action is $300 (or $150 for nonprofits).
  • The cost to sell items at an Art in Action booth is an additional $50.
  • Participants must provide their own 10x10 tent, table, and chairs. Or, participants may rent a tent, table, and chairs for $400.
  • Limited electrical access is available for $50 and participants must provide their own power cords (100 ft minimum), rugs to cover the cords, and any other necessary equipment.
  • Participants selling items at the event must submit form ST-19
  • Set up takes place on Friday, June 13 through 9am on Saturday, June 14
  • Participants must staff their booth for both days of the festival during all festival hours (10-7 Saturday, 10-5 Sunday)
  • Cancelations after 5/1/25 waive their right to a refund
