About the application

Our food vendor application is for vendors looking to sell prepared or ready to eat foods at the event. Please be as detailed as possible in completing the application, as spaces are limited.

Applicants will be considered based on products available, demand, availability, and current composition of the vendor mix. 

About the event

The River City Food Festival is an annual event at Caras Park with food vendors, artisans, live music, and some of Montana's finest makers. Fun for all ages!

Terms & Conditions

  • Application Submission:Complete and submit the application by the deadline. Incomplete applications may be rejected.

  • Acceptance and Fees:Vendor applications will be reviewed, and accepted vendors must pay the required fee by the due date to secure their spot.

  • Booth Requirements:Vendors must provide their own equipment (tents, tables, chairs) and set up by the designated time. Booths must remain open during festival hours.

  • Compliance with Regulations:Vendors must adhere to all local health and safety regulations, including obtaining necessary permits.

  • Insurance:Vendors must carry liability insurance and provide proof upon request. The festival organizers are not liable for any injuries or damages.

  • Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days out.

  • Conduct:Vendors must act professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion without refund.

  • Liability Waiver:By participating, vendors indemnify the festival organizers against any claims or liabilities.

  • Amendments:The festival organizers may amend these terms at any time, with prior notice to vendors.

  • Agreement:By submitting an application, vendors agree to these terms in full.
