This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth price below, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

Please note, all items for your booth set up must be provided by you, the vendor. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. We will provide a tent onsite, but all other items should be brought by the vendor. 
 
Electricity, water, and additional set up items are not provided on site. If you require power for your set up please ensure to bring a generator, or alternative means to create electricity.
 
Additional information for booth set up success provided in the terms and agreements below. To ensure we have an appropriate variety of vendors represented at the market and all vendors have an ample opportunity to sell their goods, please ensure to select your category in your application below.

 

If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry.

 

  • Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.
  • Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.
  • Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.
  • Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.
  • Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.
  • Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
  • Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.
  • Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.
  • Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable.
  • Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.
  • Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.
  • Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.
  • Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

About the event

Atlanta, GA – This holiday season, The Alliance for the Activation of Cook Park Conservancy and The Atlanta Music Arts and Culture Foundation proudly present : The Great Atlanta Tree Lighting at Rodney Cook Sr. Park, This will be a two-day Christmas event held on the first weekend of December, Saturday December 7th and Sunday December 8th. We will be located at Cook Park right across from the iconic Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Market Dates: December 7th-8th Market Times: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM With the Atlanta Indie Market team managing the vendors, this event promises to be an unforgettable celebration filled with holiday cheer and community spirit. It is going to be more than just a festive gathering; it's a rallying point to raise awareness for Cook Park and it's incredible potential, while highlighting the vibrant small businesses that are the backbone of the community. Through events like this, we aim to identify how much the community can benefit from increased activations and initiatives designed to enhance public spaces like Cook Park. Activation Components Include: Christmas Tree Lighting: The centerpiece of the event, a magnificent 20-foot Christmas tree, will light up the night, symbolizing the hope and unity of the community. Santa Claus Engagement: Santa will be available for interactions with children, offering gift cards and holiday memories that will last a lifetime. Holiday Vendors Market: A two day showcase of local vendors, including food, drinks, and holiday-themed goods, managed by Atlanta Indie Market, giving small businesses a platform to shine. Musical Entertainment: Live performances from local artists, spreading holiday joy through music. Roller/Ice Skating & Ferris Wheel (tentative): Fun and entertainment for all ages (subject to availability). Community Involvement and Support This event is a community-driven initiative, and we are calling on the residents, city officials, municipalities, and sponsors to get involved in making it a success. Your monetary support, resources, donations, and volunteer efforts will be crucial in bringing this vision to life. Together, we can transform Cook Park into a beacon of community pride and holiday magic. The organizers hope to demonstrate to the city how essential events like these are for fostering a sense of belonging, encouraging local businesses, and providing safe, enjoyable experiences for families in the area. Atlanta Indie Market Vendor Terms and Conditions
 
Welcome to the Great Atlana Tree Lighting at Cook Park!

 

We are excited to partner with you. By participating as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
Eligibility and Compliance: IF SERVING FOOD Vendors must possess valid permits, including Safe Serve Permits, Business Licenses, and any other necessary health certifications. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of food and goods. 
 
Insurance: All vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance and, upon request, must provide proof to the Atlanta Indie Market organizers. The vendor shall indemnify Atlanta Indie Market and against all liabilities, claims, and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms and conditions.

 
Fees and Payments: Vendors are responsible for all fees associated with their participation in the event, which will be outlined in their acceptance letter. All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
 
Setup and Operations: Vendors are responsible for their own setup. tent,There will be three (3) preset 20' x 40' large vendor tents. One 4 x 4 table, and two chairs will be provided to all vendors at the market. All other necessary equipment and display items must be brought by the vendor. Vendors must adhere to the set-up and breakdown times provided by the organizers. All vendors are expected to maintain their area in a clean, safe, and professional manner at all times.
 
Product and Pricing: Vendors agree to offer only the items approved by Atlanta Indie Market and to maintain reasonable prices to encourage customer purchases and satisfaction. Vendors must clearly display prices for all items.
 
Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, providing courteous service to all customers and fellow vendors. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
 
Cancellation Policy: Vendors must notify the Atlanta Indie Market organizers of any cancellation at least one (1) day prior to the event. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from future events.
 
Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Atlanta Indie Market organizers (e.g., weather, natural disaster), the event may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, vendors will be notified as soon as possible.
 
Amendments: The Atlanta Indie Market reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the revised terms.
 
Agreement: By applying for and participating in the Atlanta Indie Market, vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the organizers.
 
We look forward to a successful event and are thrilled to have you with us. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to making Atlanta Indie Market an exceptional experience for everyone involved.

Prices

FOOD Vendor- Tent,trailer, etc- SINGLE DAY SUNDAY $150.00 Non-refundable Thank you for registering with us! Please pay close attention to the details and information about this pricing information below. We want to ensure all registrations are accurate and that vendors have signed up for the correct vending opportunity. Please, please, double check your registration price before submitting. This application payment is for FOOD VENDORS that do not have a TRUCK, That means tents, trailers, and individual setup. All vendors that do not provide food in a truck registering to vend December 8th with the Great Atlanta Tree Lighting. This selected price is for a SINGLE DAY FOOD VENDOR registration for December 8th. SUNDAY SINGLE DAY vending will take place on just that, SUNDAY December 8th. Please change your application if you do not wish to register for ONLY Sunday 12/8. Food vendors will integrated with the retail vendors as well as the food vendors on the blocked street. To ensure approval, please have colorful branding and signage boost to visibility and clientele. Access to Power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items must be provided by the vendor. This event will begin during the early afternoon and continue into the evening and the sun will go down. Please ensure you have adequate lighting to highlight your items on display. We will have overhead lights, but we strongly suggest having something internal to keep your space well lit. Load in will being 2 hours prior to the event start. Load in and load out information will be provided to all vendors upon approval and will be sent again the day before the event.
