Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
You will need to sign up online yourself for the temporary health permit. You will pay the $75 directly to the City of New Bedford on the online application.

You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown information on Monday, May 5, 2025. If you are a trailer, you will have to unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot. There is free parking for vendors outside the fort.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE APPROVE YOU. Payment is due at registration!
We do not give exclusivity, and there are no refunds.
