Southern Oregon BrewFest SEPTEMBER 12-13, 2025 Friday, 4-10pm, Saturday, 12pm-10pm

The BrewFest is constantly flowing with a remarkable selection of award-winning microbrews from the Pacific Northwest, the State of Jefferson, and that's where you come in!! We're thrilled you would like to tell us about your libations and we look forward to some potentially refreshing adventures! 

Employee Participation By Your Brewery, Cidery or Winery Is Welcome And Encouraged!

We invite you to send representatives to our event – NO ONE can sell your products like you can!  Stay all weekend or just a few hours.  Jackson County and the surrounding areas have numerous attractions for you to enjoy while you are here.

If you are an independent, not on a distributor trailer, we have Host Trailers available. Just bring your tap handles and signage! Already have a branded jockey set up? Fabulous, you will need to supply your own CO2, keg bucket, ice for cooling your product, taps and anything else you might need to showcase your fine products.

We ask that you donate 1 keg and the Friends of the Fair Foundation will purchase the 2nd keg from you.  Once we receive your vendor application, we will supply you with the 501c(3) information for The Friends of the Fair Foundation for your donation.

The Southern Oregon BrewFest Will Provide The Following:

• Name recognition on event advertising (dependent on vendor application being returned in a timely manner)
• Logo placement of the Expo’s official website (dependent on vendor logo being supplied in a timely manner)
• Volunteer servers for your product
• Tables and table clothes
• Rinse water pitchers and slop buckets (we will even supply people to keep your rinse water pitchers full and your slop buckets emptied)
• Refrigerated trailer for keg storage.

Each Brewery / Cidery Is Asked To Provide:

• Signs and descriptions of beers being showcased
• Representatives ready to have a good time

Contractor grants permission for their likeness, image and voice to be photographed and/ or recorded in any media and used by the Expo on behalf of the Jackson County Fair Board in any publications, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed in the future, for any lawful purpose whatsoever without further permission from the Contractor.  Contractor understands they will not be further compensated further for use of the images or recordings.
