PREMIUM ARTIST & CRAFTSPERSON 8 x 10 CORNER BOOTHS | $725.00 | Corner Independent Publisher and Premium Artist/Writer/Developer/Filmmaker/Cosplayer booths are 8′ X 10′ pipe and draped areas. These booths are specifically for Independent Publishers, Artists, Video Game Developers, Filmmakers, and Writers who are selling their own created or published work. INDIVIDUALS SELLING IN THESE SPACES MAY NOT SELL ANY ITEM NOT CREATED BY THEMSELVES. AI-generated artwork is prohibited for any booth or table type. This applies to ALL merchandise, including, but not limited to, prints, posters, mugs, t-shirts/apparel, towels, etc. Failure to abide by this rule will result in ejection from the event with no refund given, as well as a ban from any future GalaxyCon, Animate!, SuperStar, or Nightmare Weekend event. Bootleg posters and prints are prohibited. The sale of artwork and poster art copied from an original or pulled from the internet and printed without the express approval of the artist, publisher, or studio is not allowed. Failure to abide by this rule will result in ejection from the event with no refund given, as well as a ban from any future GalaxyCon, Animate!, SuperStar, or Nightmare Weekend event. T-shirt companies do not qualify for this space. Artists and Publishers may sell t-shirts of their intellectual property. Still, it must be associated with your existing intellectual property, your published comic book, your character creation, your film production, or your video game. T-shirts may not be the predominant item for sale at these booths. There is a limit of two Indie Press booths per company. If you need more booth space, you will be required to purchase an exhibitor booth at full price. If you are an indie publisher, all items for sale must be published by your company. If you are an artist, all art (including prints) must be created by the person purchasing the booth, and the artist must be in attendance at the show. ARTIST ALLEY TABLES | $350.00 | Non-refundable | Artist spaces are approx. 6 foot wide by 6 foot deep and come with (1) six-foot long 2- foot wide table, 2 chairs, and 2 Badges. Badges are non-transferable. They may not be sold or used as prizes or giveaways. No realignment of the space or obstruction of anyone else’s space is permitted. Tables may not be removed to create booth space. These tables are placed directly next to each other in a row. Booth space is available in other areas of the show. These spaces are reserved for aspiring artists and writers who are selling/promoting their own personal work and may not be used to sell other merchandise not created by the artist/writer. AI-generated artwork is prohibited from our Artist Alley and Exhibition Room for any booth or table type. This applies to ALL merchandise, including, but not limited to, prints, posters, mugs, t-shirts/apparel, towels, etc. Failure to abide by this rule will result in ejection from the event with no refund given, as well as a ban from any future GalaxyCon, Animate!, SuperStar, or Nightmare Weekend event.
