About the application

Thank you for your interest in Lilburn's Christmas Tree Lighting.  This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Saturday November 23rd 3:00 - 6:00 pm in Lilburn City Park. Savory/Hot Food Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged a $75 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.Sweet/Dessert Food Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $45 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.*If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 all vendor fees will be refunded.If you are accepted to be a vendor at this event detailed instructions will be emailed to you closer to the event date. 

About the event

Join the City of Lilburn as we kick off the holiday season. Cozy up and grab a cocoa while you listen to various live performances leading up to the lighting of the Tree! Santa will make a special trip straight from the North Pole! Try yummy food and sweets, listen to holiday music, and be merry. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Terms & Conditions

Rules for food vendors:
  • Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
  • The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
  • If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up. That truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
  • No-show trucks will be dropped from future events with no refund.
  • Food Trucks should arrive by 1:30 pm and be ready to sell by 3:00 pm.
  • No sells after 6pm.
  • Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.
  • Vendors must have their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, generators, and water.
  • All tents must be weighted and can not be staked.
  • If a generator is used it must be quiet as to not disturb other vendors or the event
  • Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.
  • You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
  • All events are outside.  If we have to cancel vendors will be notified by noon the day of the event.
  • We try hard not to duplicate items, but we cannot guarantee that you will be the only truck selling a specific item.  Other trucks may sell items the same or similar to.

Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service.   All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event.   By completing this application and electronically signing, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.

Prices

Food Vendor Hot/Savory $75.00 This is a vendor fee to be charged if you are approved to be at the event. The fee is non refundable if you cancel or no show. If the City of Lilburn should have to cancel the event your vendor fee would be refunded.
Food vendor/ Sweet treats $45.00 This is the Sweet Treat vendor fee to be charged if you are approved to be at the event. The fee is non refundable if you cancel or no show. If the City of Lilburn should have to cancel the event your vendor fee would be refunded.
