Non-Profit Booth Application
About the application
This application is for non-profit vendors only. You may be required to provide proof of your 501(c)3 status. Please make sure to view all documents located in the Related Files section of this application. Fill out this application completely; missing sections will require us to decline the application. You will have to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged unless accepted as a vendor. If you need to pay with a check, please let the organizer know by clicking Contact Organizer on this application.
There is a limited number of booths available and 2024 returning vendors will have the first rights to the same booth if application is received by 5pm on April 15, 2025. Starting April 16, we will reserve spaces based on event needs and order applications are received.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Completely read and understand the Rules Governing Exhibits and Policy 28-Management & Operations of the LCFEC, and understand that this is an application for space only, and is not a commitment by Linn County Fair & Expo Center to rent space. Vendor agrees to be bound by the rules governing exhibits and the policies located in the Commercial Vendor Handbook. Violations of the rules may subject vendor to expulsion, without refund, at the discretion of Linn County Fair Management.

Wristbands must be worn by vendors and their employees/volunteers at all times and are specifically for the use by vendors and their staff only. Violators will face expulsion from the Linn County Fair. Wristbands may be picked up during move in. |
