About the application

FOOD/BEVERAGES - This is ONLY for Cooked Foods such as BBQ, Food Trucks, Hot Food Vendors. You will receive a 10'x10' Booth space. PLEASE NOTE: THE VENUE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL 25% OF SALES FEE FOR ALL FOOD SALES ON PREMISE. Cooking must be done off-premise or outside the venue and brought into the event in chafers. Electric is available for a small additional charge.

Terms & Conditions

Booth Fee is for Both Sessions - Expected Attendance is 4,000 over the Day. NC State Fairgrounds will Require a 25% Fee on top of all Sales Due to Them by End of Business or the Sunday after the Show.

FOOD/BEVERAGE - Single 10x10 Booth - Savory Foods, Chocolate, Desserts, Specialty Food Vendor $200.00 Non-refundable Vendor Fee includes 10'x10' Booth or slightly smaller - This is a Two Session Event over 1-Day (Afternoon & Evening Sessions) - Your Fee is for Total/Both Sessions! NOTE; NC STATE FAIRGROUNDS REQUIRES ALL SAVORY FOOD VENDORS TO PAY A 25% OF SALES FEE AT THE END OF EVENT.
