About the registration
Thank you for your interest in the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival! To be considered as a food vendor for this event, a Food Vendor Permit with the City of Townsend is required.
The Events Committee will review all vendor applications and notify the selected parties by Februrary 2025 Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

DO NOT SEND CHECKS – PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED.
NO REFUNDS – THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE!
The County Health Inspector will require all food vendors to have a valid health permit & abide by current health codes for preparing and serving food. Food Vendors are required to have a minimum $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) general liability policy and name the Blount Partnership as Additional Insured on the policy. Non-profits must provide a sales tax-exempt form.
Each booth is required to have a 2A 10 BC fire extinguisher and comply with Fire Marshal Codes and Regulations
All food vendors are required to have a Mobile Food Vendor Permit with the City of Townsend.
Hold Harmless Agreement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount Partnership, its employees, agents and assigns, the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival Committee, and the volunteers for the same regarding any and all liability for damages or injuries to persons or property which the undersigned, his or her agents or employees may sustain while participating in the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival except where such damages or injuries resulting from the gross negligence of the Blount Partnership. Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
I have read and agree to all the regulations stated above and in consideration of participating in the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival agree to be contractually bound to the same.

| 30x20 Booth | SOLD OUT | Non-refundable | Food vendors are allocated up to 30 feet for your setup. If you require more than 30 feet, you will need to purchase an additional 10x10 space for $100. |
| Additional Food Tent | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Any additional space requested by a food vendor beyond the 30-foot allocation will require the purchase of an extra 10x10 space for $100. |
