About the application

We are excited to bring you Bestival 2025! Last year was a success with our food vendors and licensed patio area and we've had lots of inquiries. We have 5 spaces available, get your application ASAP.
If you or your business are interested in setting up a food or beverages vending service please fill out this form and someone from our team will contact you to discuss. Food vendors can setup Friday Sept. 12th from 5:00pm - 10:30pm and Saturday Sept. 13th from 10:00am - 10:30pm.  If you plan to sell any food or drink products you will need to fill out a Region of Waterloo health form, as well and submit this form to the Region of waterloo public health office.
 
We do not have access to electricity or running water.
 

About the event

MUSIC, ART, DANCE & COMMUNITY! Welcome to Belmont Village Bestival! We are a two day music and art, European-style street festival in Belmont Village nestled between Kitchener and Waterloo. We shut down the street and ramp up the fun every year two weeks following Labour Day weekend to celebrate the official closing of summer. Please come and be part of the magic!

Prices

$150 Deposit Fee C$150.00 Non-refundable We require a $150 deposit fee to reserve your space, on approval of this application. On completion of the festival you will be required to submit 10% of your sales revenue.
