Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Categories: Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category. If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 25% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted. Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted. Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited. Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category. Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece. Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments. Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature. Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered. Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium. Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed. Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

Join us for our last minute holiday shopping event on December 21, 2024 from 10am-4pm with 50 + artisan and food vendors. Located at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds in the Tribal building.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance, Fees, Payment Process & Deadlines: Once exhibitor has been approved and accepted, the Application/Contract constitutes a legally binding agreement with EMG for the checked events only.

No Refunds Policy: All vendor booth sales for events hosted by SPME are final. Once a vendor booth has been reserved and paid for, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including cancellations by the vendor.

No Transfers Policy: Vendor booth reservations are non-transferable. This means once a booth has been purchased, it cannot be transferred to another party, vendor, or event.

Facility Policies: All pertinent fire codes, laws, ordinences and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety shall be strictly obeyed and enforced. No alcoholic beverages of any typer are allowed in event or on facility grounds. No open flame of any kind. No exhibit display shall have a roof system or tent canopy that would impede the fire sprinkler system in any way (booth frame is permitted.)

California Resale License: Required. Business insurance is encouraged.

Vendor Booth/Space: No vendor booth is to close or pack up prior to 4PM. Vendor booth must be manned 10AM-4PM. Vendor space is 10x10, vendor may not display items in the aisles or in front of neighboring vendor spaces.

Amendment/Termination of Contract:  SPME shall have full power to interperet and/or to amend any and all rules and regulations. Agreement may be terminated by SPME at any time when/if any of the conditions are breached by the exhibitor. Any payments made by exhibitor prior to temination shall be retained by SPME. SPME reserves the right to resell said booth space.

Exhibitor Photos: Photos submitted will be used by SPME for adverstising event.

 

 

Prices

Single or Double 10x10 Booth SOLD OUT Non-refundable $70.00 per 10x10 booth space plus a $25.00 (minimum value) raffle item (per booth space) day of event. All Raffle proceeds will be donated to Interfaith Sonora.
Corner Booth SOLD OUT Non-refundable $95.00 per 10x10 corner booth space plus a $25.00 (minimum value) raffle item (per booth space) day of event. All Raffle proceeds will be donated to Interfaith Sonora.
